I don't know if this is a sad confession on the state of this blogs content, but this guy is how 80% of my visitors get here. He pops up when you search Google Images for "South Park". Some days he's like sixth in line, sometimes he's on page three. Good job dude. Keep sendin'em our way. Even if we aren't what they're lookin' for, we'll make 'em like us, an keep'em comin' back, DAMNIT!

ieSpell Check

Dylan Greene introduced me to this great tool, ieSpellcheck. It will spellcheck the contents of most text boxes using a MS Word type interface. Easy to use, strong blogging tool. Free, not spyware. Thanks Dylan.

Thumbs up Typepad!

I just want to express how impressed I am with Typepad's service. Every technical issue that I have witnessed, and some I haven't, seem to be addressed quickly. Typepad really appears to want to improve their product, and are in touch with their user's needs. On their user's admin. page there are regular updates as to current issues and how they are addressing the problems. The one problem I had with uploading images to my blog was addressed, and the fix notice e-mailed to me personally in less than 48 hours after sending a help-ticket. Hell, it even had an actual tech-person's name at the bottom! As a matter of fact, every complaint that I have read in other blogs has been addressed by Typepad in a very timely manner. They seem to look internally first, instead of instantly accusing the user of error or making excuses. I'm glad to be associated with Typepad, and will continue to patronize their business as long as this stellar customer service is provided.

Oops...

This morning while checking email, reviewing early updated blogs, and sipping on some coffee I realized that there has been a terrible oversight in my blog design. We all in the blogging world know that it is the ultimate compliment to be posted in someones "blogroll". It's pretty much standard procedure that if you read a blog often, have responded to more than one post by said blogger, and have continued dialogue with that blogger, then they deserve a spot on your blogroll. Here is where my oversight comes in. While I have added several new blogs to my blogroll in the past few weeks, I have erred in failing to add State of Confession to the list. I read this blog daily, have featured some of Johns songs on The Mugblog, and have even borrowed a link or two for my own posting, what a dick I must be. Sorry John. I'm sure there's no hard feelings, I just hate to see simple courtesy go to the wayside. So now you're up buddy! And condolences on your Dad's situation. I really don't even know what to say, that's tough man. We all got yer back though.
